The start to any great therapeutic relationship is a brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit for one another. During the consultation, you can expect to learn a little about myself and my practice. I’ll also be curious to find out more about what brings you to therapy, any specific goals you want to work on, and if you’ve been in therapy before.
